Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality legal counsel to clients in business law, estate planning, and general legal matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Manage client matters with a focus on service, responsiveness, and building long-term relationships.
- Represent clients in meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings as needed.
- Collaborate with firm partners and other team members to improve client outcomes and internal processes.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Wisconsin State Bar.
- Interest in business law, estate planning, or general legal practice areas.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, staff, and other attorneys.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience is a plus, but not required—training is available for the right candidate.
