Attorney Charles H. Williams worked in a variety of settings over his early career, including as a private practice attorney, as Deputy Corporation Counsel for Rock County, Wisconsin, and as a tax attorney for Arthur Andersen & Company. He joined Schloemer Law Firm in 1989.
Attorney Charles H. Williams is a respected and knowledgeable Wisconsin tax law attorney. Charles routinely counsels clients on complex matters relating to tax law, estate planning, probate, trust and estate administration, business law, and real estate.
Attorney Williams is experienced in estate tax matters and assists clients through all stages of the process, from advising on estate reduction strategies, to helping implement sophisticated planning mechanisms, to advising through IRS audits.
Attorney Williams is also experienced as an agricultural lawyer. He represents farm clients in a variety of legal matters, from yearly tax planning, to contractual and lease matters, to transfer of the farm to the next generation.
He is a frequent speaker to both business and civic groups. Charles lives in Milwaukee with his wife, Laurie, and has two children.
